Both of these urls are dynamically generated content.  They do not
reside on the file system directly.

This is pointed to a rendered kickstart file.  The templates for these
reside in /var/lib/rhn/kickstarts/wizard/.  But you should not edit
these on the file system unless you know what you are doing.
