Partially.
For new installations/upgrades it's solved by spacewalk-schema-0.8.15-1.
For already installed/updated systems please use script from 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=568293

There's no standard way how to do minor schema upgrade. Use script
above please.
