I'm guessing cobbler-2.0.3 installed from EPEL?

you need cobbler-1.6.6... I'll mail it to you off list...

If you are going to provision virtual guests on kvm hosts through
spacewalk you need to downgrade your koan-2.0.3 to koan-1.6.6 on your
virtual hosts too.
