Setting up Spacewalk Proxy using virtualhost is not recommended and 
AFAIK no one do it.
If you can spend some time on this problem you can be successfull, but 
still - I could not recommend such setup.

If you want to share this machine with some other tool, I rather 
recommend you to create two virtual guests.
