[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk WebUI not showing available updates

Just to confirm having since tested - packages uploaded with rhnpush
or reposync do seem to be showing as valid updates for systems pretty
much immediately after upload and without rhn-profile-sync on the
current codebase for 0.7.
