[Spacewalk-list] snippets not interpreting in pre/post scripts

Well... that's the issue... I just updated to cobbler 2.x .. You're right though.. it's completely inconsistent.  I have some snippets that I didn't use the #raw/#endraw with that are working quite perfectly.  

Perhaps I should downgrade back to 1.6.x.
