[Spacewalk-list] Missing JSP files

Hi,

I installed spacewalk 1.0 on CentOS 5.3. 
I notice that in the web UI, clicking on icons with a question mark always shows "page not found" errors. 

I couldn't find their associated jsp files on CentOS either. For example,
* https://localhost/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-channels-packages.jsp
* https://localhost/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-your-rhn.jsp
* https://localhost/rhn/help/reference/en-US/s1-sm-systems.jsp#s2-sm-system-overview

It would be nice to have them.
