[Spacewalk-list] Problems with client updates

Hello, 

I was running updates on CentOS 5 clients running on citrix xenserver.  

Spacewalk reported that Package install was done and it succeeded. 

After this I noticed that many packages where missing from the hosts,
including httpd. sshd was also off. 

I cant find any error from the spacewalk or the hosts so can the reason be
that the rhn_check crashed on the hosts middle of an upgrade?

I am running Spacewalk 1.0 on Oracle 11g Stardard edition one.
