[Spacewalk-list] Oracle error - channel update

So have just started getting the following when pushing into a channel

Error Message:
    ORA-00001: unique constraint (SPACEWALK.RHN_CNP_CID_NID_UQ) violated
ORA-06512: at "SPACEWALK.RHN_CHANNEL", line 1147
ORA-06512: at line 1
Error Class Code: 23
Error Class Info: Could not update database entry.

Its an externally hosted instance thats been fine for about 6 months -
nothing had changed on the spacewalk server, we are on 1.0, so i
wonder what i can do to resume being able to push packages?
