[Spacewalk-list] spacecmd compatibility

Starting from 1.2 the version will match that of Spacewalk. That was the only reason for the big jump. 

That being said, the Spacewalk API (existing functions) is stable, so there should not be any regressions.  You should be able to use the latest spacecmd with Satellite.
