[Spacewalk-list] Remove MOTD

Hi Thomas,

sorry but this will be the next happy hacking action. I think the better way will
be than to remove the MOTD as an fixed code and change it just to a snipplet.

addCobblerSnippet(buf, "append_motd");

and just add the old code into the Snippet. Than every user, that will not have
this MOTD Patching (and in real these are the most one) can comment this line out
in the snipplet self.

When this will be okay, i will write a patch.
