Yes and No.
We have no report about such big installation of Spacewalk. But I can
say that we have users with 20 000+ servers.
In fact I'm very very sure (I'm not sure if I can go in more details),
that it can manage 1 000 000+ servers.
Of course for such large environments you will need standalone database
(not XE edition), a lot of CPU and especially a lot of RAM.
We recommend to deploy one RHN Proxy per every 5000 registered systems
to offload traffic from Satellite.
If you want to use monitoring, then I would recomend to use more Proxies
as Monitoring Scouts and not running Scout on Satellite Server.
