% So I think these files caused the problem.

Did you move data from /var/satellite to /data/satellite before or after
XE to PostgreSQL migration? In the other word is it after XE to
PostgreSQL or after /var/satellite to /data/spacewalk migration issue?

On the other hand in spacewalk-1.5.10 there has been fixed one more
leaked descriptor issue (commit 1a32855f75d1e2936b7feed2072506e8a4233562)
which might cause the bug you can see.
