With Debian Lenny, please note that it distributes python-apt_0.7.7.1
[1]. While the apt-spacewalk and the rhn-client-tools require at least
python-apt_0.7.100.

Honestly, I don't know the reasons for this particular requirement.

I think, the requirement was substituted from ${python:Depends} macro in
the build time. The packages was build and tested on the Squeeze.

You might want to either enable unstable/testing or rebuild the packages
on the Lenny.
