Note that afaict on ftp.redhat.com, there are only *-debuginfo
packages and source *.src.rpm packages. To get repo with RHEL
packages, use your RHEL installation DVD - of course, there will
be problem with delivering updates. Also you can use RHN
Satellite which have cappability to sync RHEL packages from
rhn.redhat.com.
