Yes, your fears are correct because I just recently hit the same bug after
more than a full year of flawless production. (Hence this)

DB restart ? Huh?! That I am not allowed to do ever !
Remember, DB is on another server and in my case it's quite heavy production
use not just for spacewalk.
But no, after spacewalk setup I didn't need to do that select again.
