[Spacewalk-list] NEVRAO mismatches?

I was running oracle-xe for the backend of our spacewalk server and it filled up. since then, spacewalk hasn't been the same :( Some things work, some things don't. For the most part, the server has problems service rpms during kickstarts. The kickstarted machines will fail when trying to download any rpms during the installation. We've since migrated to a full oracle to alleviate the 4GB storage limitation, but alas, spacewalk is still confused.
I have been cleaning out software channels and came across the spacewalk-data-fsck command. I get a large amount of "File path mismatch" and "File missing" errors:
...File path mismatch: /var/satellite/redhat/1/8ed/leafcutter/0.1-1.jpp6/noarch/8ed0a73d2df615568ab7de3c88ad93db/leafcutter-0.1-1.jpp6.noarch.rpm (evr: 0:0.1-1.jpp6 vs. 0.1-1.jpp6)File path mismatch: /var/satellite/redhat/1/f46/jsr108/0.01-1.jpp6/noarch/f46fa657faa2664a44b1a089ae6d121f/jsr108-0.01-1.jpp6.noarch.rpm (evr: 0:0.01-1.jpp6 vs. 0.01-1.jpp6)File path mismatch: /var/satellite/redhat/1/722/tomcat5-jsp-2.0-api-javadoc/5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6/i386/7227a097dd4c25bf183df1ce9251d7ca/tomcat5-jsp-2.0-api-javadoc-5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6.i386.rpm (evr: 0:5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6 vs. 5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6)File path mismatch: /var/satellite/redhat/1/8d7/tomcat5-common-lib/5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6/i386/8d7f79cefc06823c64d1f6bdfb418964/tomcat5-common-lib-5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6.i386.rpm (evr: 0:5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6 vs. 5.5.23-0jpp.19.el5_6)...File missing: /var/satellite/redhat/1/0bb/python-djblets/0.6.19-1.el6/noarch/0bbdaa91fa1a376274fe3cb5f28640ad1b3dcecffc0481c7e5fa0420c882d15d/python-djblets-0.6.19-1.el6.noarch.rpmFile missing: /var/satellite/redhat/1/e31/gfal2-plugin-rfio/2.0.0-0.10.2012062323snap.el6/x86_64/e3184b068161e14ebe18bc697393ef9c5637ccca138004b2d6a14b222d33d738/gfal2-plugin-rfio-2.0.0-0.10.2012062323snap.el6.x86_64.rpmFile missing: /var/satellite/redhat/1/cb9/gfal2-plugin-lfc/2.0.0-0.10.2012062323snap.el6/x86_64/cb953da4aa40ae8c1d17b0d0fda2ce6697bc4c2d9510818168eee730c78d676c/gfal2-plugin-lfc-2.0.0-0.10.2012062323snap.el6.x86_64.rpmFile missing: /var/satellite/redhat/1/e6b/pcp-import-iostat2pcp/3.6.3-1.el6.2/x86_64/e6bd9273813cea83f664258ce06cf469e2c758d1f4123371a5bcd5423fa344bc/pcp-import-iostat2pcp-3.6.3-1.el6.2.x86_64.rpmFile missing: /var/satellite/redhat/1/772/dsniff/2.4-0.9.b1.el6/x86_64/772e3ce8be18f0b3eca9fd4582c86e22cae1e344818fcfdd08bd34fa09f3c41e/dsniff-2.4-0.9.b1.el6.x86_64.rpm
The summary at the end read as follows:
34187 files scannedERROR: 84 files missing on diskERROR: 4385 file NEVRAO mismatch(es)Checking if packages from filesystem are present in database34103 files scanned
It seems like what is on disk got out of sync with what is on the database. Does anyone know how to start troubleshooting this problem? How can I begin to get the filesystem and DB back in sync?
Thanks.
