[Spacewalk-list] sync yum group information into Spacewalk

Hi!
I have several custom channels with RPM packages in our Spacewalk 1.8 server, I have created yum group files for these channels, but where should the yum group file reside and what should its file name be?

I sync into the Spacewalk channels from a local yum repos, the yum repos is created using createrepo.

Example:

Directory /var/www/html/repository/inhouse_stored contains RPMS and createrepo command has created the /var/www/html/repository/inhouse_stored/repodata directory that contains the metadata files.
The directory /var/www/html/inhouse_stored is served by Apache web server as http://bogus-server.bogus.com/inhouse_stored/

Where should the yum group xml file be placed in the above example for spacewalk-repo-sync to find it and sync it into our Spacewalk 1.8 server? I have tried to name it comps.xml and place it in the /var/www/html/repository/inhouse_stored/repodata directory, didn't work. I have tried to compress it using gzip so its name becomes comps.xml.gz, still didn't work.

Anyone who can help me with this?

Best regards
