[Spacewalk-list] yum update does not see any new packages from a spacewalk server.

Also check that you don't have packages excluded in /etc/yum.conf,
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/rhnplugin.conf or /etc/yum.repos.d/*.
You may also check whether yum can see any of packages webUI suggests
for update:
yum list --showduplicates package1 package2 ...
