Apache Server at xx.xx.xxx.xxPort 80
 
I am not able to connect through the my browser for my apache server. I have checked my 
 
1. httpd serveice     service httpd restart 
2. Stopped and started my Apache server
3. looked at my logs on 6/226/2012
 
any hints on this error from the browser 
 
98 address already in use make_sock could not bind to address [::]80
98 address already in use: make_sock could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
