Look into spacecmd - you may need to install it via yum..

I'd say review your rhn logs.

Subject: [Spacewalk-list] unable to remove systems

I'm getting an error 'Internal Server Error' nothing else when trying to remove a system from spacewalk.
What could be causing this? Is there a cli tool to remove systems?

Another unrelated question is it possible to register a system using multiple keys during registration?
