Hi All,

I just joined the list this morning in the hopes of finding out some
info. I am in the process of installing a spacewalk server to manage
all of our existing linux servers. We currently run Oracle Linux in
both 5.x and 6.x flavors and I have run into a problem. The oracle 6
servers connect to and work as advertised but our 5.x servers are having
issues. I have two channels setup for the 5.x servers (32 and 64 bit)
but when ever I try to run rhn_check on a 5.x server I get the following
error (the output is from rhn_check -vvv):

D: logininfo:{'X-RHN-Server-Id': 1000010104, 'X-RHN-Auth-Server-Time':
'1374518692.63', 'X-RHN-Auth': 'd0sVOw48hkGqkq+Udxpudg==',
'X-RHN-Auth-Channels': [['oraclelinux5-i386', '20130722113326', '1',
'1']], 'X-RHN-Auth-User-Id': '', 'X-RHN-Auth-Expire-Offset': '3600.0'}
D: local action status: ((6,), 'Fatal error in Python code occurred', {})
D: rpcServer: Calling XMLRPC registration.welcome_message

So, where do I start to try and troubleshoot this?

Thanks,
Sean
