Sunsindran,

This is a client set-up, right?  Someone can correct me if 
I'm wrong, but iirc set-up needs some packages from the 
epel repo.  So, add it:

http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
