[Spacewalk-list] Scheduled jobs picked up but not executing

i am not the original poster of this question, but I have the same problem.

When I run "rhn-actions-control --report"
I get:
deploy is disabled
diff is disabled
upload is disabled
mtime_upload is disabled
run is disabled

How do I go about changing that?
