I was finally able to get Spacewalk up and running. Trying to sync repos now so I can start adding clients. I tried it from the GUI and couldn't really tell what was going on. I did some googling and tried to sync from command line. Here are my results........

[root at phfispacewalk yum.repos.d]# spacewalk-repo-sync -c oraclelinux6-x86_64 -u uln:///public-yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL6/latest/x86_64/
#### Channel label: oraclelinux6-x86_64 ####
Repo URL: uln:///public-yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL6/latest/x86_64/
The download URL is: https://linux-update.oracle.com/XMLRPC/GET-REQ/public-yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL6/latest/x86_64/
ERROR: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: ''
Sync completed.
Total time: 0:00:03

Any idea what this is looking for here where it says No such file or directory?

I used the instructions found here http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37670_01/E58680/E58680.pdf
