[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk Proxy\Apache not removing file handles from /tmp

Hey all,

Just started having this issue on various Spacewalk proxies. (Some are on
v2.2, others are v2.0). Apache is not releasing the file handles on deleted
files in /tmp, causing /tmp to fill up to 100%

Going to try an rhn-proxy restart to see if that clears it up, but this
just started happening in the last few weeks. Any ideas?
