Actually this looks like a typical apt-get problem‎ I've run into the same thing on Ubuntu boxes without the spacewalk client. This often happens when a dependency needs to be updated or installed but for some reason the dependency is being superseded/blocked by an other installed package or for some reason is being held back from being updated because the update radically changes the behavior of the software. What you need to do is keep adding the missing dependences to the apt-get install command until you get them all. The other potential problem is you may need to bounce taskomatic some times the job to reindex the repo can exceed the max ram in which case if fails and taskomatic freezes the job chain until you restart it. If the second scenario is happening then you need to increase the max memory limit in taskomatic.
