[Spacewalk-list] Register Client to a Spacewalk Proxy Server

Just treat the spacewalk proxy server as if it was the spacewalk server. Normally your proxy will forward everything towards the central spacewalk.

rhnreg_ks --serverUrl <FQDN PROXY>/XMLRPC
