Daryl,

In case this isn't entirely clear.

Go into SuSE Customer Center and log in

Click on Organization

Click on Organization credentials

The username and password listed there are what you want to use in the nu.novell.com URL syntax.

The subscription ID was meant, you may verify it with  webbrowser if you cann access the Repo.

If not check if the Subscription is still valid.
