And
  Ping spacewalk.perfect.com

And/or see if you have any entry in /etc/hosts for spacewalk.perfect.com.

I initially registered clients, and they showed up in the GUI.  Shortly thereafter they went to inactive.  I attempted to reregister one of the machines and got the following:

Any help as to registering clients would be appreciated.  Last step in my endeavor.

rhnreg_ks --serverUrl=https://spacewalk.perfect.com/XMLRPC --sslCACert=/usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT --activationkey=1-oraclelinux --force
