[Spacewalk-list] Error from upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4

That appears to be the problem. I have never had that issue before with
upgrades.

Once I fix it, is it safe to re-run the setup part again?

There is something wrong with your database configuration. It cannot
select from table that should exist. Are db_* values in /etc/rhn/rhn.conf
pointing to spacewalk database?
