Hello, 

there are some applications only running under CentOS (e.g. Oracle Database 11g, Weblogic, etc.) 

Due to historical installations, SL is the preferred Distribution.

Why would have you Centos 7 and Scientific Linux 7? IIRC they are both a 
repackage of RHEL 7.
