[Spacewalk-list] Failed: Packages failed to install properly: PACKAGENAME not available for installation

The CentOS 7 Extras repository lists multiple versions of etcd:
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/extras/x86_64/Packages/

Spacewalk detects that etcd-2.1 is available in the repo but the client 
machine detects nothing higher than etcd-2.0.13.

If I try to push etcd-2.1 down from Spacewalk, I get:
Failed: Packages failed to install properly: Package etcd-2.1.1-2.el7 is not 
available for installation 

Not sure if this is an issue specific to etcd or to my Spacewalk config. I 
don't have any CentOS 7 subscribing to Extras outside of my Spacewalk 
environment that I can test with.
