[Spacewalk-list] Spacewalk Channel layout and storage?

How do people layer their Channels?

I am finding that because Channels can't have the same name as other
channels, and they are built top down rather than bottom up, that I have to
come up with a new Centos Base name for each channel?

Am I missing something?

For eg, I have 3 system types (for *example*):

 - base Centos 7

 - Spacewalk server = base Centos7 channel + Spacewalk server channel

 - other server = base Centos 7 channel + Spacewalk client channel

But since base Centos 7 is already a parent, I can't put it into the
Spacewalk server parent channel.

I can, I guess, subscribe spacewalk-server parent channel to the
appropriate repos, but if I then sync against all those repos, am I
multiplying the number of times I'm hosting the same file set?

Cheers
L.
