My script is reasonably fast, but it requires you to have at least one
RedHat support login.
The $99 developer license will do
https://www.redhat.com/apps/store/developers/rhel_developer_suite.html
https://github.com/prmarino1/Extravehicular-Activity-Admin/tree/master/errata-tools
The documentation is embedded in POD format

The one thing to keep in mind is that due to a bug in the spacewalk
API's you have to redo the sync for every base channel with a
different prefix on the Erratas.
This holds true for all of the sync scripts
The bug ticket which explains why thats the case can be found here
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=834569
