[Spacewalk-list] Dependencies during update

Trying to update our Spacewalk 2.6 on CentOS 7.3.1611

Transaction check error:
  file /usr/share/java/commons-fileupload.jar conflicts between attempted
installs of jakarta-commons-fileupload-1:1.2.1-1.jpp5.noarch and
apache-commons-fileupload-1.3.2-3.el7.noarch


I can't disable the repo (jpackage-generic) it's in:

Error: Package: spacewalk-java-2.6.49-1.el7.noarch (@spacewalk)
           Requires: jakarta-commons-fileupload
           Removing: apache-commons-fileupload-1.3.1-4.el7.noarch (@epel)
               jakarta-commons-fileupload = 1:1.3.1-4.el7
           Updated By: apache-commons-fileupload-1.3.2-3.el7.noarch (epel)
               Not found

Looks like one is stomping on the other. Has anyone gotten through this?
