[Spacewalk-list] How is RHEL7 licensing handled in Spacewalk?

Can anyone please explain to me how is Licensing handled when we enroll
RHEL7 clients to spacewalk?

After enrolling RHEL7 clients to spacewalk I get "Overall Status: Unknown"
while doing subscription-manager status.

Also is it legal to get software updates from somewhere else (spacewalk
server) other than REDHAT portal?
