[Thincrust-devel] appliance-tools updates!!

Ok a couple recent updates....

Source moved from thincrust sub directory to a separate repo that 
matches the package name:

I also have fixed a couple bugs in appliance-creator and submitted an 
new build to updates-testing for validation see below.....
