if there is a server (Apache) listening on clientport (default: 8080),
then TUX will forward all requests that TUX perceives as erroneous. The
only exceptions are errors on the socket level (eg. the other side closing
down the connection prematurely), or timeouts - in both cases it's
pointless to forward the request to Apache. In all other cases the request
will either be handled by TUX natively, or will be forwarded to Apache
transparently.
