[patch] 2.4.9-ac10-G4

i've uploaded -G4 to the usual place:

  http://redhat.com/~mingo/TUX-patches/tux2-full-2.4.9-G4.bz2
  http://redhat.com/~mingo/TUX-patches/tux2-full-2.4.9-ac10-G4.bz2

-G4 is a merge against -ac10, plus it has a rewritten TUX/FTP LIST/NLST
implementation. TUX/FTP now includes a kernel-space implementation of
'ls':

 ftp> ls
 227 Entering Passive Mode (10,0,7,5,128,15).
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection.
 drwxr-xr-x 2 0 0 4096 Sep 08 16:57 .
 drwxr-xr-x 10 99 99 4096 Sep 08 14:03 ..
 -rw-r--r-- 1 0 0 29 Sep 06 08:08 file.html
 -rwxr-xr-x 1 0 0 139 Sep 08 16:42 dotest
 -rw-r--r-- 1 0 0 0 Sep 08 16:57 7
 -rw-r--r-- 1 0 0 0 Sep 08 16:57 2
 -rw-r--r-- 1 0 0 0 Sep 08 16:57 5
 -rw-r--r-- 1 0 0 0 Sep 08 16:57 6
 226 Transfer complete.
 ftp>

the special .TUX-LIST and .TUX-NLST files are not needed anymore. The new
'ls' implementation is pretty fast so no caching is planned for the time
being.

as always, bugreports, fixes, comments, suggestions welcome.
