hrm i can't reproduce with a vanilla 1.3.20 downloaded from
httpd.apache.org ... if you can narrow it down any more please send me
details.  (i.e. if you're using an apache from redhat/debian/etc. then
it's been patched and it's possible those patches introduced the bug.)
