[vfio-users] Boot from passed through HBA\SATA Controller

I couldn't get it to work, so I made sure my boot drive was always on the
host systems. I did this with FreeNAS and passed through a M1015 - it was
setup in passthrough mode so the VM which the card was assigned could see
SMART data.
