[vfio-users] QEMU_ALSA _*values

Hi again.

I finally got to realization, thanks for your input, Okky, it works a lot
better now.
However, it still stutters from time to time, for short bursts. It's
somewhat annoying, but usable, so thanks again.

Any tips welcome on the stutter issue though.
