[vfio-users] [PATCH 1/2] input: add qemu_input_qcode_to_linux + qemu_input_linux_to_qcode

compiled this morning, will test tonight with a Mac El Capitan and a Win 8
all with OVMF and gpu passthrough

Will post results to the list...

Maybe a parameter in command line to set the hotkey for releasing keyboard
and mouse from vm would be nice :D
