[vfio-users] Passthrough VGA on first slot

Have you tried updating the BIOS?
I have a very similar board (GA-970A-UD3), and it has an option for setting
a starting VGA slot.

As for that BAR2 stuff, it did that when I tried the OVMF way, Seabios
works for me.
Also, I recommend trying the pci stub way too.
