[vfio-users] Cannot fix Error 43 for GTX 680 passed through to win 10 guest

I did that on 680, and its not stable with just removing, and its prettry
hard to get it working... you need 33x GRID driver and GRID K2 bios, reboot
doesn't work... only thing that works better like that is that it can be
second gpu in vm with cirrus etc...
