[vfio-users] Wake up Windows out of "sleep"

Thx Okky,

The users who might be using these platforms will not have access to
the host platform. They are also extremely (suits and secretaries) non
technical Windows users. What I am looking for is a way for people to
be able to “wake up” their Windows10 machines from the guest side at
their desks.
