Well, your processor root ports do support ACS, so you're right, a Xeon
wouldn't offer you an advantage in this space.  This goes against what I've
heard from Intel.  I don't know how to predict which Core processors will
include this feature.  Can others double check their processors for ACS and
report if they find it?  Anyone else with a Haswell-E as reported by ark or
a "High End Desktop Processor" as reported by ark that does or does not
expose ACS like above?
