[vfio-users] problem with passthrough and unsafe interrupts

I was able to boot with 4.1 with option inel_iommu=igfx_off - no kernel
panic for skylake iGPU finally, and I am running now ovmf without any
problems, so this patch: http://www.spinics.net/lists/kvm/msg119044.html
definitely doesn't fix the issue for ovmf with >=4.2 kernel
