[vfio-users] cpu core pinning with multiple cpus

Shouldn't most multiplayer games behave like that without a good
clocksource?
Even if not most, maybe it is specific to the network crapcode games like
planetside 2 or minecraft?
(Not trying to start a flame war, but spitting ~100 packets on a simple
event like jumping is a bit crazy)
